I have always been interested in eating well, exercising, and beingfit. However, after having 3 children, light cardio and the same old weightroutine just wasn't cutting it! I have worked hard to change my body andeducate myself in fitness and nutrition. The best, unexpected result of being ingood shape is how it's helped raise my self-confidence, increase my energylevels, and brighten my overall attitude!
